A landmark design

Zuidtoren is a striking architectural landmark on the Taurusavenue in Hoofddorp, directly next to the railway station. It is the tallest and most instantly recognisable building in the area, visible from all directions.

The building’s strength lies in the simplicity of its design, the work of renowned US architects, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF). With its distinctive and elegant curved shape, grand entrance and high quality materials, Zuidtoren offers a prestigious commercial address.

A inspiring building

Zuidtoren is a landmark office building centrally located in The Netherlands, an inspiring place to work and do business with great views, excellent amenities and unrivalled accessibility.

Situated only minutes away from Schiphol Airport and the cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem, Zuidtoren lies at the heart of Hoofddorp, which, due to its excellent location and infrastructure, is an important commercial hub. Furthermore, Hoofddorp is situated in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, regarded as the nerve centre of the Randstad, the economic powerhouse of The Netherlands.

Zuidtoren is just a stone’s throw from the Zuidas business district of Amsterdam, although it has the advantage of being far more competitively priced. For forward-thinking businesses, Zuidtoren offers inspiring, highly desirable and practical accommodation – a solid base for sustainable commercial success.
